Subscription terms, acceptable use and service commitments.

Subscriptions are priced per person per month for the tier and seat band recorded on your order form. The order form governs commercial terms; these terms govern use of the platform.
Acceptable use — the part specific to this product
SafeLoop sends simulated phishing to people in your organisation. You confirm that you have authority to test the recipients you upload or synchronise, that doing so is lawful in their jurisdiction, and that you have met any applicable works-council or employee-representation obligations.
- Simulations may not target individuals outside your organisation.
- The platform may not be used to conduct genuine credential harvesting.
- Lure content must not use protected characteristics, medical information or bereavement as a pretext.
- Results may not be used as the sole basis for disciplinary action.

Term and termination
Monthly plans terminate at the end of the paid month. Annual and multi-year plans renew unless notice is given 30 days before the renewal date. On termination we make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it in line with the DPA.
